BolaVentura - 'Paco Bola' Gonzalez

Another Kisekae and I think it's a better attempt on creating an adult than my previous one. He's the main character of another of my stories (and another Whateverse one, to boot), BolaVentura... and his character has a basis on a character that's NOT part of said stories, but will be involved in them whenever I get to make that story. And yes, the flag is because he's Mexican and Proud.

Anyway, on with the profile:

Abilities, Skills, and Powers: He's a actually a psychic, with a limited prescience in the form of "hunches", a kind of psychic osmosis. He also has a Burst power of creating repulsive waves of psychic energy. Whenever his Burst activates, his eyes become red and he also tends to become more violent and sadistic. All females and first-born males of his father's family have psychic powers, but only the males gain Burst, alongside with the sadistic and violent personality, with females having something similar in the form of Streams that are constantly active and their "hunches" are stronger and more defined.

Notable Strengths: His investigative abilities, which are why he's taking the career he's taking in first place; his instinct, which is pretty well honed beyond of his limited ability; his thought process, which is faster and can defeat any other of his family members.

Notable Weaknesses: His only weakness is a headache that comes from using his Burst too much, something that every powered male has early on his life until they accustom to their powers; in his case, he didn't use his powers until a late time in life.

Physical Appearance: Grey eyes and dirty brown hair that gets decolored. He's also pretty tall, around 6ft5. He's also pretty thin, yet not scrawny. He doesn't look too strong, but he does seem pretty healthy. He doesn't have large feet, which is rather surprising.

Usual Attire: As seen above. In fact, he only has that outfit, keeping a closet full of the same of everything.

Inventory: His book bag with his laptop inside and a PDA, standard Meddling Kid equipment for clue gathering. His main possession is BolaVentura, a metallized rubber ball that used to belong to his maternal grandfather and seems sentient, as it can alter the way it moves in mid air and even start bouncing by itself. It usually guides Paco where he needs to be. As far as he knows, it has a strange, dark energy inside and it seems to be engraved by a multidimensional map, but it's also kind of damaged. Its origin is unknown, but it seems to be not too old.

Vehicle(s): A collapsible walking stick he uses to hick and kick some butt, as well as a mountain bike his father bought him for his 20th birthday and seems durable enough to keep with him.

Personality Details: He's mostly without care, doing things for the sake of doing them or following his instincts. He tends to serious up when he has a mission on his hands, liking a lot whenever he has the chance to fight and defeat someone. When his Burst activate, he tends to be more violent and sadistic, as well as taking less regard of the surroundings or things like collateral damage. Burst or not, though, he has a liking for doing not-so-nice things to women. In fact, he's known for being a bit of a "master"

Backstory: His mother ran from his father's house with a lot of cash and Paco in her belly, preferring to live well in his country with the pool cleaner she fell in love... who then took the money and left, leaving her ad her family in misery. Her maternal granduncle was a leader of a cartel and ruled the town's underground with strenght, but he was growing weak with years, so Paco was raised to grant him some harvest organs, something that was not needed until the time Paco was 17. However, when they sedated him and attempted to cut him, a strong "hunch" woke him up and awakened his Burst for the first time, making him decimate the entire place, alongside his family. He remained with his maternal grandparent until his father was able to get to him. Before abandoning his grandfather, he gave Paco the metallic ball BolaVentura, which he had been carrying since then

Close Friends: Officers Lisa Carbone (24), Talia Esposito (29) and Honey Gallans (28), the Facepalming Trio, basically the not-so-serious point of the police department. Talia and Honey are "those two guys" who met in the academy and had been together since then in the same patrol. They tend to argue like a married couple, to the point a lot of people ship them together (much to their chagrin), specially Lisa, the rookie, who is a bit of a closet pervert and loves yuri. They seem to be usually the ones who tend to be captured by the bad guys (with both Talia and Honey being put together in strange poses) for Paco or the seasoned officer Sommers to rescue. Lisa feels uncomfy with him due to the fact he's always slow when releasing her...
Worst Enemies: He has photos and small notes of those who want him dead for several reasons... with are wallpapering his entire room back in his home. And it's a pretty big room.
Known Family:
-Commissioner Jonathan David Gonzalez, his father, is the 50 y-o head of the Boston Police Department and the guy behind the organization of the police. He used to have another chief with him, but that was not to be. He has powers like Paco, with his Burst being Gravity Control, as he can increase his own gravity at will using psychic energy for that.
-Morena Robredo, his mother, was a 39 y-o gold digger who got close to the promising Sergeant Gonzalez to get access to his money. He took a large sum of it, as well as his unborn son, with her and the pool cleaner to Mexico, where she was robbed and abandoned by said American pool cleaner. She groomed her child to be an organ donor for her uncle, but she was blindsided by the surge of his power. She died when she was blasted into the sea by Burst Paco.
-Ivan Robredo, his maternal granduncle, was a 67 y-o leader of the Dunero Cartel back in Cuautla, and handled most of the clandestine business of the family under total secrecy. He had a failing body and hoped Paco would be his saving point, but when his liver failed, he didn't got to get Paco's due to his Burst awakening. He died slowly in pain 5 months later, in jail after Paco's rampage ruined him and he got caught.
-Donato Robredo, his maternal grandfather o "abuelito", was a 75 y-o explorer and adventurer, who had been all around the world and raised Paco after his abilities caused a mess that ended his mother's life. He had been helping him controle these powers until Jonathan arrived to spirit him away. Before he left, he gave him BolaVentura. He died peacefully in his bed a few years later (his death is basically "Chapter 1" of BolaVentura)

Habits: He's not a habit person, he mostly does what he seems fit to the day, mostly relying on his "hunches" or BolaVentura as a way to help him.
